I hereby allow Bride Now GmbH to publish, retain and reuse the photo(s) in a variety of media formats alongside social media channels, that I have submitted herewith for an unlimited period of time. Through this submission, I endorse the fact that I hold the copyright of the photo(s) and have handed over the right to Bianco Evento GmbH to use these or publish these, along with the photographer’s name. I do certify that Bride Now GmbH owns the consent of anyone clearly depicted in the submitted images and agree to provide proof of consent upon request. Furthermore, I declare that being an adult ( 18 years), I hold the right to give consent of using my photos to the company and accordingly waive all sorts of claims to royalties, compensation or other forms of remuneration pertaining to submitted photo(s). Simultaneously, I declare to indemnify and hold Bride Now GmbH not responsible against all claims, actions, proceedings, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs, in case such scenarios appear following any infringement on any intellectual property rights or other rights of a third party. Though, I can ask Bride Now GmbH to instantly remove of my submitted content from their Web Properties in case of any harassment or infringement, by contacting the company via e-mail on contact@bridenow.com. However, Bride Now GmbH reserves the right, but does not have an obligation, to monitor and/or review the submitted content and is therefore not responsible for submitted content and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of submitted content, which may not necessarily reflect the views of the company. According to this, it’s the sole discretion of the company to host, display, or distribute any submitted photo, and may remove those from their web properties as deemed necessary.
